IMF Summer Festivities of Early Music
By subscribing you agree to the processing of your personal data by Collegium Marianum – Týnská škola, s.r.o., registered office in Vodičkova 700/32, 110 00, Prague 1, ID No.: 25700359 (hereinafter referred to as the "CM"). We obtain personal data in accordance with other legislation regulating personal data protection, particularly Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended:
Name and surname
The Subscriber consents to the processing of the following personal data: name and surname, e-mail address, phone number and address of residence. The Subscriber consents to the processing of personal data by CM, including for the purpose of sending information and commercial messages to the Subscriber. Personal data will be processed for 10 years.
The Subscriber is not required to grant our organisation permission to process his/her personal data, and he/she is also entitled to revoke that permission, by sending email request at festival@collegiummarianumcz and by sending a letter to the contact address of CM.
Your personal data are processed primarily by the employees of our organisation and, to the extent necessary, by third parties.
CM is the organiser of IMF Summer Festivities of Early Music and Baroque Soirées concert cycle.
In the event that the Purchaser believes that the Vendor or Processor (Art. 8.5.) is processing his or her personal data in a manner that is contrary to the protection of the Purchaser’s private and personal life or is in breach of the law, in particular if personal data are inaccurate with regard to the purpose of its processing, the Subscriber may:
- revoke the permission
- ask CM or processor for information, which personal data are processed
- ask CM or processor for the explanation of the reason, why CM processed Subscriber's personal data
- ask CM to update or repair the processed personal data
- ask CM to delete processed personal data
- contact CM or The Office of Personal Data Protection
